Police UPDATE (New)

Police Update Following the reports I sent out earlier this week with regards to a theft of a vehicle in Cloweswood Lane and other crimes that were possibly linked. I would like to update you that the vehicle that was fitted with a tracker device has been recovered and 4 people have been arrested in connection with the offence, and investigations are taking place. It has also come to light that other people also may have been victims of theft or attempted theft around this time however it was/has not been reported. In order to get a more accurate picture of crime in the area, it would be beneficial if all crimes are reported to 01926 415000, Police attendance is not always required in response to a call, so do not think that it would be wasting Police time. If anything the opposite applies, crime mapping ensures that the correct amount of resources are available to an area to meet demand, also it allows the planners to organise patrol plans at the times offences are occurring to ensur

Boundary changes Parliamentary constituencies

Well here are the proposed Boundary changes for Parliamentary constituencies  for the Tanworth Ward.  Will the boundary changes have an impact on my council tax, local services or insurance premiums? No. The boundary changes only relate to Parliamentary constituencies. Services and council tax charges in your local area are set by your local authority and these will not be affected. Insurance premium calculations are based on postcode so will not be affected. What do you think?
