There is something new and special from the Earlswood & Forshaw Heath Residents Association. they have a brand new website. Personally, I think it is great to see it updated with a fresher look. Oh crikey, I can't tell you how useful this tool is for anyone having to take and produce minutes. I only wish I had known about it whilst conducting Team Meetings whilst having to run a meeting and rely on memory to produce accurate minutes. What a flipping godsend it would have been, let alone the time it would have saved. It recognises different speakers, It has the ability to transcribe in real-time or you can record the meeting and upload the MP3 voice file at a later date, Once the meting is transcribed you have the ability to edit any transcription it may have misunderstood whilst listening to the meeting, You can add the speaker's names download the text file, The free version gives you 600 minutes a month ie 10 hours of meetings, it allows 3 mp3 voice file uploads. It only transcribes 40 minutes at a time. From a different instance of a browser, it can record meetings (voice) and type at the same time. It saves both voice and text files.
