London Midland

As I made time to have a little whinge a few days ago about LM and the exit problems at Snow Hill when two trains arrived together and how dangerous it was when the electronic gates were not opened quickly enough, resrticting people from leaving the Station.

Having tweeted London Midland and making them aware of my concerns not only did I have a quick response via Twitter. I also enountered once again two trains disembarking at the same time however this time the gates were open and there did not appear to be any problems in exiting the station.

I don't know if it was my tweet or lots of other complaints. I don't really mind which ever way something was done about it. Lets just hope it continues

The dormouse, reptile, bat and butterfly surveys will be continuing and we hope to undertake a bee survey as well but if you have any suggestions of the type of activities you would like please get in touch. Dormouse Survey – 10 th November No evidence of dormice was found but we did find a wood mouse nest. This caused a bit of excitement but unfortunately, the nest was empty! Crime Stats Alcester North October 2020

Well as crime has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it has always appeared difficult to find any meaningful crime stats. I have at long last found the information used by the Police lurking on the Police.uk website. It is not live data and runs approx 6 to 8 weeks in arrears for example October 2020 is now visible. This is a totally interactive tool, easy to use and has a great dashboard, what is good about this tool it also provides outcomes. The default is for the whole of the Alcester North area however it is simple to find out where the hot spots are and which crimes have been included.
