I was thinking about President Obama s car perched on the top of a speed bump/ramp today.

Yes the incident made me smile when it's everything proof! but speed bump/ramp proof, however it is quite a serious breech in security.

It's always the simple things that are never thought about and that's because people are so clever they are programmed not to think about the simple things. It's the same in any walk of life or trade.

Any way just because I am curious I want to know how they got the damn thing off the speed bump.

Did they drive off it
Did the pump the tyres up :o)
Was it lifted

I wonder who did the risk assessment for Speed Bumps/Ramps?

LOL It wouldn't be any good over a hump back bridge and it might of even come unstuck with some of the pot holes we have scattered about!

On a serious note this car I suspect won't be damaged so a note to any planners of Ramps and Speed bumps just think of the damage this could do to a normal car!!!

The dormouse, reptile, bat and butterfly surveys will be continuing and we hope to undertake a bee survey as well but if you have any suggestions of the type of activities you would like please get in touch. Dormouse Survey – 10 th November No evidence of dormice was found but we did find a wood mouse nest. This caused a bit of excitement but unfortunately, the nest was empty! Crime Stats Alcester North October 2020

Well as crime has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it has always appeared difficult to find any meaningful crime stats. I have at long last found the information used by the Police lurking on the Police.uk website. It is not live data and runs approx 6 to 8 weeks in arrears for example October 2020 is now visible. This is a totally interactive tool, easy to use and has a great dashboard, what is good about this tool it also provides outcomes. The default is for the whole of the Alcester North area however it is simple to find out where the hot spots are and which crimes have been included.
