Surrounding Parish Councils

I decided to pop up links to surrounding Parish Councils as Earlswood & Forshaw Heath is on the outskirts of Stratford Up On Avon and is part of the Tanworth In Arden Ward.

It borders on Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and Bromsgrove District Council.

In fact they are all so close I could walk to any one of them and to all intents and purposes what ever they do on the outskirts of their Parishes could well affect what happens on the edge of our Parish.

I must admit I am impressed with the quality of the websites clean easy to navigate, professional,informative and mostly up to date.

The dormouse, reptile, bat and butterfly surveys will be continuing and we hope to undertake a bee survey as well but if you have any suggestions of the type of activities you would like please get in touch. Dormouse Survey – 10 th November No evidence of dormice was found but we did find a wood mouse nest. This caused a bit of excitement but unfortunately, the nest was empty! Crime Stats Alcester North October 2020

Well as crime has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it has always appeared difficult to find any meaningful crime stats. I have at long last found the information used by the Police lurking on the Police.uk website. It is not live data and runs approx 6 to 8 weeks in arrears for example October 2020 is now visible. This is a totally interactive tool, easy to use and has a great dashboard, what is good about this tool it also provides outcomes. The default is for the whole of the Alcester North area however it is simple to find out where the hot spots are and which crimes have been included.
