There Was A Mouse

This little fellow or fellowess crossed my path and really didn't take much notice of me. I am not sure if s/he had a brief encounter with the cat. 

S/He wasn't marked in any way I didn't really know what to do with it. I couldn't leave it where it was as it was easy cat fodder

My decision was to pick it up and tuck out the cat's way in the undergrowth where it appeared to be heading. Fingers crossed I hope s/he catches its breath and finds its way home.

Contact us at:  ewp2010@btinternet.com  or on 07528 595444      Newsletter 12   Welcome to 2013, now the snow has gone it is time to start planning our programme for the year and we hope as many people as possible will join in. The dormouse, reptile, bat and butterfly surveys will be continuing and we hope to undertake a bee survey as well but if you have any suggestions of the type of activities you would like please get in touch. Dormouse Survey – 10 th  November No evidence of dormice was found but we did find a wood mouse nest. This caused a bit of excitement but unfortunately, the nest was empty! Core Strategy Consultation Period Stratford on Avon District

This call for sites is by Solihull MBC and Barrats have responded with the following From the Methodist Church to Earlswood Station From Earlswood Station running in the line of the woods behind Poplars farm behind the Limes and up to Pound Close. Crime Stats Alcester North October 2020

Well as crime has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it has always appeared difficult to find any meaningful crime stats. I have at long last found the information used by the Police lurking on the Police.uk website. It is not live data and runs approx 6 to 8 weeks in arrears for example October 2020 is now visible. This is a totally interactive tool, easy to use and has a great dashboard, what is good about this tool it also provides outcomes. The default is for the whole of the Alcester North area however it is simple to find out where the hot spots are and which crimes have been included.
