I am torn between attending our Arden Community Forum and our Local Parish Council Meeting, Believe it or not they are on the same date.

Which is a shame because I would really like to attend both

Why it has been allowed to happen I do not know :-(

Our little corner of the earth is having its fair share of concerns that need to be discussed, I am not talking about the whole Parish of Tanworth In Arden I am talking about a tiny part of the T-I-A Parish, Forshaw Heath.

If its not advertising boards on a grass verge (OK) now moved but still inappropriate
Its Potholes you can disappear down (Mended but not properly)
HGV/LGV Movement
Fly Tippers
Crime
The dreaded speed debate
Noise

I think I can safely say any of the above by them selves is not acceptable but manageable, however when it all happens together it becomes unmanageable and unpleasant and Forshaw Heath currently feels like a battle ground for a few residents.

What makes it worse is that all of the above departments to me at least don't appear to communicate with each other yet each department holds vital information.

This would be a great trial for an On-Line Community Forum similar to the one Shipston had.

You see on one hand I need to know what answers are given at Parish Council on the other hand I would like to raise my concerns at the Community Forum.

The dormouse, reptile, bat and butterfly surveys will be continuing and we hope to undertake a bee survey as well but if you have any suggestions of the type of activities you would like please get in touch. Dormouse Survey – 10 th November No evidence of dormice was found but we did find a wood mouse nest. This caused a bit of excitement but unfortunately, the nest was empty! This call for sites is by Solihull MBC and Barrats have responded with the following From the Methodist Church to Earlswood Station From Earlswood Station running in the line of the woods behind Poplars farm behind the Limes and up to Pound Close. Crime Stats Alcester North October 2020

Well as crime has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it has always appeared difficult to find any meaningful crime stats. I have at long last found the information used by the Police lurking on the Police.uk website. It is not live data and runs approx 6 to 8 weeks in arrears for example October 2020 is now visible. This is a totally interactive tool, easy to use and has a great dashboard, what is good about this tool it also provides outcomes. The default is for the whole of the Alcester North area however it is simple to find out where the hot spots are and which crimes have been included.
