Electric Light Orchestra

Ok its my blog I am going to pass comment on the Electric Light Orchestra as we know from a previous post they did a Demo in Forshaw Heath many years ago.

Forshaw Heath isn’t a stranger to rock and musical people. They PoP up all over the place, pardon the sarcastic pun J

As I listen full blast to Roll Over Beethoven by ELO which by the way I hated when I was a teenager.

I suddenly at the age of XYZ Listen to it and think how flipping clever was that? And I actually like it



Strangely enough I find my self quietly  or not as the case may be rocking, bopping. Dancing and appreciating the clever use of music and orchestras.

Its strange how taste changes as you get older. Thank you ELO

Contact us at:  ewp2010@btinternet.com  or on 07528 595444      Newsletter 12   Welcome to 2013, now the snow has gone it is time to start planning our programme for the year and we hope as many people as possible will join in. The dormouse, reptile, bat and butterfly surveys will be continuing and we hope to undertake a bee survey as well but if you have any suggestions of the type of activities you would like please get in touch. Dormouse Survey – 10 th  November No evidence of dormice was found but we did find a wood mouse nest. This caused a bit of excitement but unfortunately, the nest was empty! Core Strategy Consultation Period Stratford on Avon District

Stratford-on-Avon District Proposed Submission Core Strategy Regulation 19, 20 and 35 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 https://www.stratford.gov.uk/planning/proposed-submission-representation-form.cfm/form/cspropsubs14/q/1  I am writing to inform you that the District Council has approved its Core Strategy for submission to the Secretary of State for independent examination. Well I once again appear to have taken quite a long sabbatical however I thought it worth coming out of blogging retirement to make any readers I may have left aware of the following response Solihull MBC have received in their recent call for sites for future housing needs. This call for sites is by Solihull MBC and Barrats have responded with the following From the Methodist Church to Earlswood Station From Earlswood Station running in the line of the woods behind Poplars farm behind the Limes and up to Pound Close. Apparently it is know as a Garden Village information of which can be found on the links below. Crime Stats Alcester North October 2020

Well as crime has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it has always appeared difficult to find any meaningful crime stats. I have at long last found the information used by the Police lurking on the Police.uk website. It is not live data and runs approx 6 to 8 weeks in arrears for example October 2020 is now visible. This is a totally interactive tool, easy to use and has a great dashboard, what is good about this tool it also provides outcomes. The default is for the whole of the Alcester North area however it is simple to find out where the hot spots are and which crimes have been included.
