Next Neighbourhood Development Plan Meeting + Guest Speaker

The next NDP Steering Group Meeting will be held on Tuesday 21 st April at Tanworth in Arden Village Hall. The Start time is 7:30 PM all members of the Parish are welcome to attend. In April we have a guest from Stratford District Council. Matthew Neal is our Neighbourhood Development Plan Officer and is the person that fields all our questions queries and requests. He keeps your steering Group updated and has agreed to come and chat to the Steering Group on Tuesday 21st April . If you have any questions you would like to ask Matthew please feel free to email them to our NDP Chairman A.Fowler@tanworthndp.org alternatively come along join in and ask Matthew questions for yourself. The dormouse, reptile, bat and butterfly surveys will be continuing and we hope to undertake a bee survey as well but if you have any suggestions of the type of activities you would like please get in touch. Dormouse Survey – 10 th November No evidence of dormice was found but we did find a wood mouse nest. This caused a bit of excitement but unfortunately, the nest was empty! Core Strategy Consultation Period Stratford on Avon District

Stratford-on-Avon District Proposed Submission Core Strategy Regulation 19, 20 and 35 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 https://www.stratford.gov.uk/planning/proposed-submission-representation-form.cfm/form/cspropsubs14/q/1 I am writing to inform you that the District Council has approved its Core Strategy for submission to the Secretary of State for independent examination. Crime Stats Alcester North October 2020

Well as crime has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it has always appeared difficult to find any meaningful crime stats. I have at long last found the information used by the Police lurking on the Police.uk website. It is not live data and runs approx 6 to 8 weeks in arrears for example October 2020 is now visible. This is a totally interactive tool, easy to use and has a great dashboard, what is good about this tool it also provides outcomes. The default is for the whole of the Alcester North area however it is simple to find out where the hot spots are and which crimes have been included.
