Burglary Dwelling Earlswood

Burglary dwelling Springbrook Lane Earlswood, at @1750 hrs on Thursday 10th November 2 males were seen running towards The Lakes Train Station and then towards Small Lane. A house alarm was sounding and subsequently a property had been entered. Offenders had attempted to force the front door of the property before throwing a garden ornament through a doubled glazed unit at the rear of the property to gain entry. The alarm sounded but offenders still made a search of the property with the only items reported taken being a small brown jewellery box containing several sets of cufflinks.

Males were described as white wearing dark clothing with either balaclava's or having hoods pulled up.

The dormouse, reptile, bat and butterfly surveys will be continuing and we hope to undertake a bee survey as well but if you have any suggestions of the type of activities you would like please get in touch. Dormouse Survey – 10 th November No evidence of dormice was found but we did find a wood mouse nest. This caused a bit of excitement but unfortunately, the nest was empty! Crime Stats Alcester North October 2020

Well as crime has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it has always appeared difficult to find any meaningful crime stats. I have at long last found the information used by the Police lurking on the Police.uk website. It is not live data and runs approx 6 to 8 weeks in arrears for example October 2020 is now visible. This is a totally interactive tool, easy to use and has a great dashboard, what is good about this tool it also provides outcomes. The default is for the whole of the Alcester North area however it is simple to find out where the hot spots are and which crimes have been included.
